Fire and Ice by Robert Frost

Hey guys,
this is a poem by robert frost. as soon as i read i automatically fell in love with it. i really hope you guys enjoy it too...

Fire and Ice

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also greatAnd would suffice.

OMG I love this poem! I wanted to post it but I guess you beat me to it. It really makes you think about how the world will end...it reminded me of this Gullah saying: "God sent the rainbow to be a sign. No more water, the fire next time." Who are you, BTW?

Very controversial (and yet interesting) subject matter. And very interesting rhyme structure.
